Shipping & Returns
DR Aero Solutions keeps shipping terms straightforward. Orders are handled with clear pricing, practical freight expectations, and return rules that reflect how industrial products are actually supplied.
Shipping terms
- Standard shipping is based on factory terms and the carrier selected for the order.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may shift based on production, freight, or supply delays.
- HEPA filters are not shipped by overnight or quick-ship methods unless the customer accepts the associated risk and liability.
- Freight damage or shortage claims are handled by the purchaser once goods are delivered to the carrier.
Returns and cancellations
Stock items may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, returns are handled under our returned goods rules. Non-stock, made-to-order, equipment, housings, and HEPA products are generally not eligible for return.
Please inspect shipments promptly and contact our team as soon as possible if you believe an item is incorrect or damaged.
Payment and account terms
Payment terms, minimum order requirements, and credit handling may apply to each account. Past-due balances may be placed on hold and subject to finance charges, fees, or collection costs where applicable.
