Orders and pricing

Prices may change without notice and are confirmed when we accept an order in writing. Minimum order requirements may apply, and any special pricing must be documented on the quote or purchase order.

Payment

Unless other credit terms are approved in advance, sales are handled on standard net terms from the invoice date. Past-due accounts may be placed on hold and may be subject to finance charges, collection costs, and related fees.

Shipping, acceptance, and returns

• Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production or transportation issues.
• The purchaser is responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and reporting any nonconformity promptly.
• Standard items may be returned only in accordance with our return rules; custom, non-stock, equipment, housings, and HEPA products are generally excluded.
• Freight claims for carrier damage or shortage are handled by the purchaser once shipment is delivered to the carrier.

Warranty and liability

We warrant that products we manufacture will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable useful life or published warranty period. The warranty is conditioned on proper installation, maintenance, and operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DR Aero Solutions’s responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or labor and transportation costs associated with removal or reinstallation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and represent the full agreement between DR Aero Solutions and the purchaser unless amended in writing.
